well, can use a 18 month, or a 3t or a 5t so it doesn't matter here..adorable they can be used as tops too- so many uses for these
Grandaughter, Bethany - 4yrs old - just started PreK this week. Hope she stays "girly" for at least a little while with cute dresses like these. 4T or 5T. Her "little" sister is 2 3/4 and a little "tomboy" - of course we would like her to dress that way as well, 3T size - but she is always climbing and upside down, so I don't know....
